For the past several months, Brian has worked with our off-premise operations team as an Event Coordinator/Captain. His dedication to execution and customer service are just two of many qualities that earned him this promotion to working at the corporate facility in a management role. Originally from South Florida, Brian now calls Atlanta home. He has years of experience in the culinary and catering industry – beginning as a restaurant cook and moving into event management on the catering side of the industry in 2012.
Brian is excited about this new position in operations and is looking forward to working with event more of the Proof of the Pudding team. Congratulations and welcome to the Ops team Brian!
We’re also excited to announced that Rob Porter has joined our team as Proof’s new Pastry Chef. He returns to Atlanta for a second time from California where he has been the Pastry Chef at Indian Springs Resort and Spa in Calistoga, CA, Pastry Chef at The Tides Wharf in Bodega Bay, CA as well as bakery owner in Sacramento, CA. His resume includes being the Pastry Chef at The Purple Cafe and Wine Bar in Woodinville, WA, Pastry Chef at Louis Bossi’s Italian Restaurant in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale as well as working at Henri’s Bakery in Buckhead in 2015.
Chef Rob has competed on the Food Network twice and prides himself on flavor pairings and creativity. He is extremely excited to return to Atlanta and become a member of the Proof of the Pudding team!
